The Drink Tasmania Signature Tour offers an expertly curated experience that takes you to four premium venues, showcasing the region’s award-winning wines, world-class whiskies, small-batch ciders, and craft beers, all set against a backdrop of stunning landscapes and rich local stories.

Along the way, enjoy up to four guided tastings that highlight the creativity and character of Tasmania’s thriving drinks scene.

While lunch isn’t included in the tour price, we’ll stop at one of our favourite local venues where you can relax and choose a meal that suits your taste and appetite. Menus typically range from $20 to $60, offering a delicious variety of options such as artfully crafted share plates, farm/ocean to plate meals and wood-fired pizzas fresh from the oven. Whether you're after something light or a more indulgent feast, there’s something for everyone.

The tour will conclude back in Hobart at one of the many bars for you to kick on into the evening. Where to meet: Brooke St Pier, Franklin Wharf, Hobart, 10:30 am. You will meet your guide at the bottom of the ramp. If it's raining, please proceed up the ramp and enter through the glass doors.

End of Tour: approximately 5:30 pm at Brooke St Pier, Franklin Wharf.

Number of guests per tour: maximum 16 guests per tour (contact us for information on larger groups). Minimum 4 guests.

What to bring: Please dress appropriately for the occasion. Although it may appear warm in Hobart, the weather can change throughout the day, so be sure to bring warm clothes, comfortable shoes, and your camera.
